All orders of $0.01 to $98.99 will be shipped at a flat rate of $9.95. All orders over $99.00 will receive FREE S&H as long as the FREE Shipping box is marked at check out. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days (for in stock items only) to be processed and delivered.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Nurse Scrubs and Medical Scrubs.com guarantees the quality and satisfaction of its products. Any product (excluding BARGAIN RACK) may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receipt of product. Product may not be worn or washed. Tags must be intact. Nurse Scrubs and Medical Scrubs.com reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. Shipping fees will not be re-funded. Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred in returning a product. Prior to shipping a Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained by email at returns@nursescrubsandmedicalscrubs.com. Returned items should be shipped Priority Mail with tracking. Nurse Scrubs and Medical Scrubs will not be held liable for returned items not received. An email will be sent confirming received items. The restocking fee may be waived if an credit/exchange is received and/or product had a manufacturer’s defect. All returns must be shipped in their original packaging with an explanation for return.
